Missing Pages of American History
Saturday | Feb 9 | 1:30-3:30pm | Chamberlain Community Center
This workshop will reveal in shocking detail at least two extraordinary and surprising “unknown chapters” in American History. These are not conspiracy theories, but true, documented, verified, actual events that have become part of a collective American amnesia. Each story is significant—but for reasons we will explore—have gone unreported, unnoticed, and overlooked both in the history books and by most Americans. Some have been sanitized or reduced to a footnote; others purposefully ignored. Why and how was it done? And how has it impacted our assumptions and beliefs about the America most of us take for granted?
John Gehm, Ph.D., author, educator and trainer – has been interested in looking at American history and examining what really happened that we know nothing or little about.
Instructor: John Gehm
